Are REP's a little bit like the idealistic ideas of communism? In other words, the idea behind communism is great. All are equal, look out for the little guy, we share in each others success, we all reap the benefits of working together for the common good etc!
However, whilst I am up for standards, high standards, within the sports industry, too much constricting control has worked itself in. If we want to better ourselves, then fine, but why get penalised, if we want too stay where we are and improve what we have? Why is it really necessary to HAVE to achieve CPD points, which means filling the coffers of those that lead the whole shebang, by insisting that we have to pay for so many courses each year?
Im quite happy fine tuning, improving, building on what I have, but if I don't shell out money for CPD points I'm being penalised
