Welcome to the
​'Follow Along
KETTFusion Class'


We filmed a mixture of group master trainers and class members,
​including Michael Ross, creator, developer and C.E.O,
as he presented a typical everyday class.

After lots  of requests, we now have a complete KETTFusion class,
for you to follow along with.

All you need is a 2, 4 or 6Kg kettlebell, some water and a towel.

If you can spare 55 minutes , even better,
then you can complete the whole class.

The class exercise sequence is :-

1.  Introduction
2. Warm up
3. Kettlebell section
4. Martial arts exercise section
5. Cool down
​6. Credits and information

Short of time? 
​
Maybe just do the kettlebell section one day,
and the martial arts exercise section on another day

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

AND FINALLY.....

The response to the follow-along class has been phenomenal.
One of the first to grab the online video was Jessica Gates, and Jessica very kindly sent these
photos of herself following along with the class.
This just illustrates how important it is to feel healthy, and to keep the immune system working well
at this time of the Corona virus pandemic.

Please stick to these simple rules for an injury free and healthy  life  :-

1. KEEP HYDRATED

Break off to drink some water whenever you want


2. EAT HEALTHILY AND WELL

Don't follow the class if on any form of strict diet


3. PLEASE DO THE WARM UP AND COOL DOWN


4. IF YOU ARE NEW TO EXERCISE, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR FIRST
THAT IT IS SAFE FOR YOU TO PARTICIPATE


In any case, go easy on yourself the first few times!
Plenty of breaks and rest periods



5. IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A BABY, OR HAVE JUST HAD ONE,
EXERCISE CAN BE VERY BENEFICIAL


And again, check with your Doctor, maybe lose
the kettlebell  towards the end of your term
