CLASS THEMES



To Michael, it has always been very important to make his  classes as exciting and as fun as possible. 
One of the many innovations he introduced, is a regular, one week in every month, class theme, 
in which he takes on the persona of a character from the musical world, 
importantly, the playlist would reflect that particular Artist.
Here are just a few of the musical stars he has introduced to his classes......

KETTFusion AWARDS

The KETTFusion award is regularly made to a class member who attends my classes.
It is awarded to someone, who doesn't have to be the fittest person on this planet,
but who I feel, through attendance and determination, KETTFusion has 
improved their overall fitness, and made a healthy difference to their lives!
