KETTFusion for the Blind or Deaf
I have set up a nationwide initiative to provide KETTFusion to the Blind or Deaf members of our communities. I have already had amazing success with individuals, such as Maria here, who subsequently joined a class along with everybody else.
As a result, I then had classes full of lovely, enthusiastic people with these disabilities.
As an exercise form, it is very easy to pick up.
After a few 'learning classes' (which are FREE!), people cant wait to join a class, just like everybody else!

From my very first class, I promised I would only ever have smaller classes, for 1 very good reason.
If I can see you, then I know you can see me!
And that means I can help coach and encourage you to achieve your goals.
That is next to impossible with classes of 25, 30, 40 and beyond.
A well known fitness guru has just announced, that the latest trend taking the country by storm, is the shift towards smaller classes.
Remember who started this shift!

YOU ARE WHAT YOU JUICE!
Juicing fresh Vegetables and Fruits, has amazing cleansing, restorative, and 'feel good' qualities.
It should be a way of life for everybody!
I was a chronic Hayfever sufferer, and since juicing, it doesn't bother me at all,
it's everything else that came with it :

SOME 'STAIGHT FROM THE HEART' ADVICE
For everything to work, for your goals to be realised, it has to be a combination of KETTFusion AND what you eat!
I've mentioned Juicing , but there is also fresh good quality proteins, like Turkey, Chicken, Fish and also Avocados etc.
You can't really have one without the other!

2 USEFUL TIPS
1. We all like to stick to a very small kettlebell when we start, it's our sort of 'comfort blanket'.
The danger here is that it will take a lot longer for you to achieve your goal.
The solution is to introduce a heavier kettlebell with some of the exercises!
And once you've gone bigger, you wont go back!
2. If you are aged 120 or over, you are most definitely welcome to any of my classes,
you may find that with the first swing of the kettlebell,
your arms may part company with your body!
Have you got a sense of humour?
You need that more than anything else in life!
