WHAT IS SO SPECTACULARLY DIFFERENT
ABOUT OUR NEW KETTFrenzy CLASS ?


​We aim to lose 1,000 calories a class!


We use double kettlebells, with more challenging aerobic techniques.

Similarly, with the Martial Arts exercises, the emphasis is on constant movement , with more power and speed.

It will always be in a constant state of research, development and adjustment.
